When you send an estimate request, Delgado Auto Repairs receives your name, phone, vehicle information, requested work and the photos, videos or documents you attach. Vehicle details, email, comments and insurance information are optional.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, contact you and coordinate the proposed repair. Sending a request does not authorize work or create a final repair quote.

Storage and access

Requests and attachments are stored in the website’s hosted database and file storage. The shop inbox requires an authorized staff account. Files are not publicly listed. A daily anonymous network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions.

Email alerts and sharing

The shop receives an email alert through FormSubmit containing a request reference and a link to the protected inbox. Your attachments and contact details are kept in the inbox. Staff can create a seven-day sharing link containing your request details and attachments for people involved in reviewing or coordinating your repair. Staff can turn that link off. Only upload information and files you have permission to share.
